Made changes to be compatible with the recent JSON wire protocol changes & streamlined how the response is processed & returned to the end user. From now on each method of Driver will always return a hash with cmd_status & cmd_return as keys which will tell whether the command executed OK or not (NOTOK). cmd_result will either contain the value returned from the server or the error explanation & stack trace if included.

selenium-test-server.pl is going to simulate a Selenium 2.0 REST servie to aid in testing. It will support all the resources defined in JSON Wire protocol. Think of this an instance of a MockObject so that the remote bindings can be tested without the need for an actual Selenium 2.0 remote server. This script will start a server at port 4444.

For newSession, we need to return back the whole response value hash as it contains the sessionId information we need. For remaining commands, we can just send back the value hash alone

- moved _get_command_result to RemoteConnection as it belongs there and the request operation is self contained. i.e. when a request method is called now, it'll process the data & return the appropriate result back.
